Weather & cancellations
Melbourne weather can change quickly. If conditions make safe, high-quality detailing impractical, we’ll contact you to reschedule at no charge. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel. Late changes or missed appointments may require a deposit before rebooking.
Satisfaction policy
We’ll invite you to inspect the vehicle when the detail is complete. If we’ve missed an agreed area, tell us before we leave and we’ll address it. If you notice something later, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review and, where reasonable, arrange a remedy. Pre-existing damage, permanent defects and results outside the selected package are excluded.
These service arrangements do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
